Provided both SQR training and consulting services to several Ernst & Young LLP locations. Consulting services included providing Quality Assurance reviews for SQR reports developed by other consultants, development and testing of reports and interfaces for PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll and Benefits modules, versions 6 and 7. The training consists of a three or four day hands-on class for 10 - 12 students. Occasionally advanced training was provided to individuals, typically helping them develop a particular report or interface. Also provide a "hot-line" for other developers to call and receive help with any SQR related question.

Provided consulting services to Key Bank; leading a team of SQR developers who were writing reports for PeopleSoft 5.1 HRMS. Acting as the Quality Assurance person for all SQR development including reports, conversions, and interfaces. Responsible for all phases of development—specification through implementation, including the design of the Process Scheduler menus for new reports.

Provided consulting services to National City Corporation; leading a team of SQR developers who were writing reports and interfaces for PeopleSoft 3.0 HRMS and Payroll. Mentored the in-house development staff, equipping them to modify existing SQR reports and develop additional ones. Helped them achieve acceptable run-times while running production reports by tuning the SQL statements found in the SQR reports.

Provided consulting services to Cincinnati Millacron; assisting them with streamlining their report processing. This included the development of parameter entry panels enabling payroll reports to run in batch mode. (This work pre-dated the existence of PeopleSoft's Process Scheduler.) Provided continued training for the in-house development staff, equipping them to modify existing SQR reports and develop additional ones. Developed several custom Payroll and Benefits reports.

Provided consulting services to Southern Company Services; assisting with the customization of PS/HR and its implementation on both the Windows and MVS environments, including use of Panels for entering parameters and running the reports.

Provided consulting services to Norwest Corporation; assisting with the customization of PS/Payroll and its implementation on MVS, including enhancements to the Job Run Control capabilities.

Developed several reports and interfaces for ITT Automotive. Also helped their DBA get the PeopleSoft Process Scheduler to run.

Developed several reports to enhance the Training module of PS/HR for Dana Corporation.
